Subscription Terms

1. How the Engagement Works

ServicePulse AI is an implementation-first engagement. You pay your Implementation & Launch fee first, our team builds and launches your platform, and then your month-to-month subscription begins. There is no free trial, no pilot program, and nothing is provided free of charge.

Your subscription runs on month-to-month (30-day) terms. There are no long-term contracts unless specifically outlined in a separate written agreement.

These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Implementation & Launch

Before your subscription starts, you pay an Implementation & Launch fee. This fee covers workflow design, platform setup, configuration, integrations, testing, team onboarding, and launch support.

Our team will work with you during onboarding to configure your account and launch the Platform. Implementation & Launch fees reflect work performed and are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. What's Included

Your subscription includes access to the ServicePulse AI platform features described in your selected plan and onboarding materials. This typically includes the dashboard, lead management, AI-powered call handling, SMS automation, review request tools, and reporting.

Support is available through email and the Platform during normal business hours.

4. What's Excluded

Usage charges, ad spend, third-party service fees, custom implementation, data migration, Platform Expansions, and managed Stoke Media services are not part of the base subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as advertising spend, phone number provisioning, or domain registration) are your responsibility.

5. Billing

After launch, your month-to-month subscription begins and recurring billing applies on a 30-day cycle. You will be notified before billing begins.

All subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming 30-day term and are non-refundable. All sales are final.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@servicepulseai.com or through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing.

When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current 30-day term you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remainder of a term.

Cancellation does not affect any obligations or charges incurred before the cancellation date, including completed or in-progress Implementation & Launch work, approved usage, and third-party costs.

7. Data After Cancellation

Your data will be available for export for a reasonable period after your access ends. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

We recommend requesting any data export before the end of your current term. Export requests can be submitted to hello@servicepulseai.com.
