1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number to ServicePulse AI or to a business that uses the ServicePulse AI platform, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, account activity, and the services you have opted into. You may receive transactional messages, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and, where you have opted in, promotional or marketing messages.
You can withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
2. Business Responsibility
Businesses using ServicePulse AI are responsible for ensuring they have the proper consent to message their customers and for using messaging features in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, and platform policies.
3. Message Types
Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimate follow-ups, invoice notifications, review requests, and account-related alerts. These messages are sent in connection with services you have requested or agreed to receive.
Marketing messages include promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, referral requests, and business updates. Marketing messages will only be sent where the recipient has provided appropriate opt-in consent. Marketing messages will be clearly identified and will always include opt-out instructions.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on account activity and services used. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on interactions with the business. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.
Actual frequency may vary based on user interactions, account settings, service activity, and customer-approved workflows.
You can adjust your messaging preferences at any time by contacting the business that serves you or by replying HELP for assistance.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from ServicePulse AI or a business using the ServicePulse AI platform. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to you unless you opt back in.
To opt back in, reply START or contact the business directly. You may also contact us at hello@servicepulseai.com to manage your messaging preferences.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message, and you will receive instructions on how to manage your messaging preferences or contact support.
6. Prohibited Messaging
ServicePulse AI messaging may not be used to send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive or misleading content, harassment, prohibited content, or messages to individuals who have opted out or have not provided required consent.
ServicePulse AI may suspend or restrict messaging features for suspected abuse, carrier violations, unlawful use, or violations of these SMS Terms.
7. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent to or received from ServicePulse AI or businesses using the platform. These rates are determined by your wireless carrier and are not charged by ServicePulse AI.
ServicePulse AI is not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier in connection with text messaging.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or messaging data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers collected through text messaging opt-in are used solely for the purpose of sending the messages you have consented to receive and for related customer service communications.
9. Supported Carriers
ServicePulse AI text messaging is designed to work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other supported carriers. Carrier support, delivery timing, and message availability may vary.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, device settings, network conditions, unsupported numbers, or third-party provider issues.
ServicePulse AI is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier or third-party provider issues.
