1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. ServicePulse AI does not offer free trials, pilots, refunds, money-back guarantees, or risk-free periods.
Both Implementation & Launch fees and recurring monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. How Billing Works
ServicePulse AI is an implementation-first engagement. You pay your Implementation & Launch fee first, our team builds and launches your platform, and then your month-to-month subscription begins.
Subscriptions are month-to-month on 30-day terms and are billed in advance for each upcoming term. There are no long-term contracts unless specifically outlined in a separate written agreement.
3. Implementation & Launch Fees
Implementation & Launch fees cover workflow design, platform setup, configuration, integrations, testing, team onboarding, and launch support. These fees reflect work performed and are non-refundable.
These fees are separate from the monthly platform subscription and are not eligible for any refund, in whole or in part, once paid.
4. Monthly Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for unused time, partial months, or the remainder of a current term after cancellation.
Usage-based charges (such as SMS, phone, and AI voice usage), advertising spend, third-party service fees, payment processing fees, custom implementation work, website design or development, data migration, custom integrations, and Platform Expansions are likewise non-refundable. These represent work completed, resources consumed, or third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
5. Cancellation
Your subscription is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing.
When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current 30-day term you have already paid for. No prorated or partial refund is provided for the remainder of the term.
Cancellation does not affect obligations or charges incurred before the cancellation date, including completed or in-progress Implementation & Launch work, approved usage, and third-party costs.
6. Platform Expansions
Platform Expansions are scoped separately from the core Platform subscription and are also non-refundable.
Each expansion includes its own scope, deliverables, and terms. Please refer to your expansion agreement for cancellation details.
7. Website and Ad Account Ownership
Ownership, hosting, transfer, and access terms for websites and advertising accounts should be defined in your service agreement before work begins.
We recommend clarifying ownership of all digital assets, domains, ad accounts, and related credentials at the start of the engagement to avoid confusion during or after cancellation.
8. Cancellation Process
To cancel, contact our support team at hello@servicepulseai.com and provide your account details, including your business name and the email address associated with your account.
You will receive confirmation once cancellation is complete, and future billing will stop. Access continues until the end of your current term.
9. Data Export
Clients can request a data export before access ends where supported by the Platform. We recommend requesting your data export before the end of your current term.
Data export requests should be submitted to hello@servicepulseai.com. We will fulfill export requests within a reasonable timeframe.
