Urgent production issues for active clients are prioritized based on severity, plan, and business impact.
How to Choose Priority
- Low: General question, non-blocking request, or minor issue.
- Normal: Standard support need, workflow question, dashboard help.
- High: Issue affecting active workflows, lead flow, messaging, or reporting.
- Urgent: Active production issue affecting lead capture, SMS/phone, account access, or payments.
Submitting every request as urgent may slow down triage. Choose the priority that best matches business impact.
